Victoria, Paladin of an Unknown God

Victoria is a Paladin of an unknown God, in a universe very like, yet very unlike, our own.

She wields her sword in the name of her god and her people. Her prayers lend her strength beyond what she gained from her long training, and an otherworldly ability to shrug off the few blows the enemy manages to land upon her.

She will fight until her last breath to defend her people from any and all foes, and knows that when she dies, it will be in battle with the name of her god on her lips. And she knows that when that finally happens that she will pass into the loving arms of her god.

Victoria leads the other paladins of her country, and though she long ago earned the dress uniforms her fellow officers wear, she eschews them for simpler things, albeit still in the colours of her home.

I've said this before in past journals but it's best to explain it to the best i can here. The theme for the contest is  Steam Punk  like the journal says. Here's a little detail as to what steam punk is. The general theme of Steam Punk clothing and design is similar to The Victorian Era of Britain when steam power was most popular. In most steam punk style drawings, one usually tends to mix victorian style clothing with gears, cogs, and old fashion mechanics. Searching up the word " Steam Punk " here on DeviantArt will give
